Building - a family tradition passed down through the ages
Back in the 1950's there were different
values. There was lots of attention to detail and honoring the way things used to be done
that made everything last so long. These are the times that gave birth to our company.
Our family has always been handy. Dating back as far as we can trace, in the old country
they built out of necessity to live. If your home wasn't built to last, it simply wouldn't
and a family tree couldn't grow.
In the 1950's it finally clicked, we could make a living doing the work we loved and were
so used to doing. Things were booming when word got out that our family finally started a
company based on building, repairing and renovating. Our way of doing things with top
quality from the foundation up was exactly what the people wanted for the times.
As our business grew and times changed, someone could drive into town with a cheap
magnetic sticker on the side of a truck and call themselves "contractors". Greed
was the new order, people were being taken advantage of and it was giving honest builders
a bad reputation. Make no mistake, this has been our home and will continue to be our
home, we're not going anywhere.
New companies came out that only focused on the cosmetic side of things, quick cover ups
that didn't fix problems and things of that nature. But strangely enough, while they
claimed regular construction was too messy and expensive, their methods ended up costing
as much, if not more while leaving the underlying messes of rotting structure to be
discovered by falling through their shiny new veneer unexpectedly.
We continued as usual, European quality passed down through the generations and building a
strong reputation. It seems no matter what the times bring, quality is something that
certain people will always be able to appreciate - these special people end up being our
valued customers and we love them. We are here as always to repair the broken, improve the
unhealthy, renovate the boring and build dreams into beautiful realities.
Life is too short - day after day stuck in traffic, stressful occupation and everything
that goes along with it. Everyone deserves a nice, healthy home
to relax and enjoy their family.
